Félix was created to be more than a remittance service—it is a financial companion, designed for Latinos by Latinos, to help families thrive both here and back home. The vision is to unleash the full potential of immigrants so they can build better futures for themselves and their loved ones.

STRATEGY

In a market crowded with brands promising speed and convenience, Félix stands apart by putting people first. Its strategy is rooted in empowerment, trust, and simplicity—making financial tasks as easy as texting a friend. By combining conversational products with culturally fluent design, Félix positions itself as the wise, trusted friend who walks alongside immigrants throughout their journey, offering tools that meet both immediate needs and long-term goals.

BID IDEA

We developed the Idea Worth Rallying Around®: Juntos We Succeed. It reflects a belief that progress is collective—when Latinos and their communities succeed, everyone does. Juntos We Succeed is both a promise and a rally cry: to champion dignity, opportunity, and resilience, and to remind every user that they are not alone on their journey. It is a flag for empowerment, unity, and success in pursuit of the American Dream.
